Delete your account and data

Cue Noir: Billiards Club lets you play online with an anonymous, device-based account. You can delete it at any time.

Option 1: inside the app (instant)

1. Open Cue Noir and go to Settings.
2. Choose [[exact menu path of the delete-account button, e.g. Account → Delete account]].
3. Confirm. Your account, display name, rating and match history are permanently deleted from our servers.

Option 2: by email

If you can no longer open the app, write to [[support email]] from the same address you use for the store account, mention your display name or device ID (Settings → About), and we will delete your data within 30 days.

What is deleted

Account ID, display name, rating (Elo), win/loss counters, match results and room codes. Data stored only on your device is removed by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the app.
