1. Who we are

This privacy policy applies to the mobile game Cue Noir: Billiards Club (the "App"), available on Google Play and the Apple App Store.

The App is published by [[Legal entity name, e.g. "Viking Soft" or the full name of the individual developer]] ("we", "us", "our").

2. Summary

3. Information the App stores on your device

The App saves the following information locally on your device so the game can remember your progress:

Data Purpose Where Sent to us?
Coins, unlocked levels, owned/equipped cue items Keep your progress Device only No
Sound on/off and selected language Keep your settings Device only No
Daily-reward date, streak, and number of 8-ball wins Daily reward and statistics Device only No

This data never leaves your device. It is removed when you uninstall the App or clear its data in your device settings.

4. Information we do not collect

The App does not collect:

5. Network use

The core game is designed to be played offline. The App does not send your gameplay data to any server. If a future version adds online features, this policy will be updated before that version is released.

Computer opponents (SI)

The computer-controlled opponent in 8 Ball ("SI", Synthetic Intelligence) runs entirely on your device. It does not send your gameplay or behaviour anywhere, and no player data is used to train any model.

If we later add online matches against other people, computer opponents will always be clearly labelled as computer players, and this policy will be updated before that version is released.

6. Third parties

The App does not include third-party advertising or analytics services. The operating system (Android or iOS) and the app store you downloaded the App from may process information under their own privacy policies; we do not receive that information.

7. Children's privacy (COPPA and similar laws)

The App is a general-audience game. It is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required by local law, for example 16 in some EU countries), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the App does not collect personal information from anyone, it does not collect personal information from children.

If you believe a child has provided personal information to us through the App or by email, contact us at [[privacy contact email]] and we will delete it.

Parents and guardians who want to control the App on a child's device can use the parental-control features of Google Play / Google Family Link or Apple Screen Time.

8. Your rights (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA and similar laws)

Because we do not collect or process personal data, there is no personal data held by us to access, correct, port, restrict or delete. Your game data stays on your device and you control it directly (you can delete it by clearing the App's data or uninstalling the App).

Legal basis (where required): not applicable, because no personal data is processed.

9. Data security

Data stored on your device is protected by the security of your device and the operating system. We recommend keeping your device updated and using its built-in screen lock.

10. Data retention

We do not retain any personal data. Local game data remains on your device until you clear it or uninstall the App.

11. International transfers

We do not transfer personal data across borders because we do not collect personal data.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it changed. Material changes that begin collecting data will be announced in the App's store listing and in this document before they take effect.
